Located in the very heart of the village of Aigües, Villa Maria is quite a unique house high up on the edge of the village. The house has been thoroughly renovated giving it a touch of modernism, high standard of comfort and the most up-to-date equipment possible. The house is love at first sight, offering 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms . It offers generous exterior areas , a small swimming pool , pentagone shape of 3/2/4m, and spectacular views delivering a 180° panorama to the sea, to the village and to the mount Cabeço d'Or. The house is rather quaint with about 80sqm built space. You enter into the day room which contains the kitchen, diner and lounge areas. A hidden door will lead you to the back bedroom [suitable for elderly people] equipped with a double bed (150/200cm) and with a French window allowing you to exit to the front terrace. The bedroom is on suite (lavabo, toilet and shower). Going up the staircase [not suitable for elderly people or young children], you will find another double bedroom (twin) with 2 beds of 90/200cm. This bedroom allows you access through glazed doors to a spacious terrace-solarium, delivering a brutal view to the sea, and it is fitted with an exterior shower. Taking your shower with THAT view... an experience to try out! On the same level, you will find the final twin bedroom equipped also with 2 beds of 90/200cm. Finally, both bedrooms benefit from a shared shower room (with lavabo and toilet). villa with a private tiny pool to refresh yourself in summer. (15 sqm) The villa is NOT recommended for young children (staircase, pool and minimal fencing). Equipment Air conditioning system (cold/warm) in the day room, Gas BBQ (Weber), unlimited broadband WIFI speed 20 download - 3 upload, ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms, wooden stove with large glazed door (high efficiency, consumes very few logs and its exhaust pipe passes through the upper bedroom resulting in a 5 degrees increase in no more than an hour), 2 large flat screen TV with SMART TV system, sound bar system with Bluetooth, mosquito nets. What can you do in Aigües? From June to September, there is a municipality swimming pool at 300m. The village is full of walking paths where the lovers of nature will find themselves spoiled. Aigües is one of the feature village found on the usual and famous road bicycle tour.
