It offers 3 bedrooms for a max occupancy of 6 persons: 1 bedroom with double bed of 180x200cm (can be converted into a twin), 1 bedroom with double bed of 150x190cm and a last bedrooms with a double bed of 135x190cm. 1 full shower room (lavabo, toilet, shower) and 1 full bathroom (lavabo, toilet et bath).
The kitchen is very well equipped (microwaves, coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, gas cook, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the little electro domestic, etc...) and leads to a side terrace where you can store all your beach gear. Quite spacious!
The lounge makes the angle of the building and offers 2 largely glazed sides, the side view leading to the pine plantations (excellent privacy), and the front view delivering the marvellous sea view to its occupants, even when seated!; this also means that the lounge is fantastically bright! A 3 elements French window widely opens to a generous front terrace where you will spend your time reading, relaxing, sunbathing, eating... having a siesta.. the must !
AA in each bedroom and lounge,WIFI fibre 100 symetrique, smart TV (netflix etc.) , one parking place in the urbanization (free parking), sea front, restaurants at 200 m, supermarkets and shops at 500m, etc... No car Holiday if desired because you have a bus stop in front of the urbanization and a tramway stop at foot distance... what else?

*Airco systems work best if doors & windows remain close at all time. It is up to the client to use these appliances with parsimony. Therefore, the electricity consumption is to be charged against the client! A reading of the meter is made at the entrance and upon exit. The price is 0,25€/ KWH . The consumption will be withheld and balanced against the warranty deposit.
